Real Property Management California Coast Review

I have been using Real Property Management for almost a year now and I have to say how pleased I am with the way they manage my rental property. Greg Stromberg is the one I deal with primarily there and I have nothing but good stuff to say about the way he has been handling things so far. He has been on top of everything from the very start and his personable and sincere attitude always puts me at ease while dealing with property issues big or small. Everyone at the office seems very capable and always very friendly. I would recommend RPM's services to anyone that is looking for a great company to deal with their property management needs, and I look forward to using their services for a long time to come.

RPM is an amazing team! Our manager, Grace is a pleasure to work with, making our transition to Northern California that much easier. RPM ensured all grounds were covered, from our first meeting to the very end. They kept an open line of communication which enabled us to feel comfortable with our move. Having hired professionals to  move our things into storage, retouch the home for a nominal fee, and most importantly, secured a great tenant for our property at a competitive rate was completely stress free. Professionalism, accuracy, reliability.. is what RPM is all about.

Classic Apartments Review

Living in Alexander Bermudez' apartment has been by far the best apartment experience I have had yet. The landscaping surrounding the apartments are well maintained by a friendly weekly crew. In the event of any malfunction, (garbage disposal, leaky faucet, the usual..) he has sent his maintenance guys over promptly, usually within hours. The actual apartments are beautiful, with hardwood floors and some crown molding.   The tenants around us are always friendly and polite, as if they have been handpicked for their amicable personalities.

In direct contrast to the stereotype of the overbearing landlord or property manager, Alexander Bermudez is a dream. He does not micromanage his tenants; rather, he quietly creates a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that his tenants a happy to preserve.

Lastly, his rates are competitive and his demeanor as a property manager makes them a steal. I highly recommend his properties for people interested in a lovely and stress free living space.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Review

I just recently decided to changed homes. I had been going through the MLS listings and had been working with several other local realtors in trying to find a suitable property.  I have to say that Venessa Blair from this office of Coldwell Banker was the absolute, hands down, best experience I ever had with a realtor.

Venessa was the realtor representing the property owners.  I cannot say enough about how impressed I was in my dealings with Venessa.  She is quick, thorough, friendly and she anticipated questions I would have and even gave me answers to questions I hadn't even thought of asking yet during the transaction.  The transaction was smooth and painless - exactly what you hope for when going through such a stressful process.  I cannot spout enough about how wonderful Venessa was in this.

If you are looking for a wonderful experience in finding a new home in the area; you will not do better than contacting Venessa Blair. Call her first and every other realtor will pale in comparison.

Beach Cities Management Review

My husband and I decided that we would adventure into becoming investors in real estate.  We had no idea where to start and how it worked until we meet with Dustin Edwards and Jack Tanner with Beach Cities Properties.  Not only were they both very knowledgable real estate agents, but they were also investors that worked with property owners and managed income properties.  It was perfect! 

My husband and I worked with Dustin to find a property that would best fit us with our available resources.  He was so easy to work with and very helpful with all of our questions we had.  We found our first place very quick much to our surprise and he made sure the transaction went very smooth. 

It is coming up on our one year anniversary of me and my husband being first time investors and we are extremely happy.  We knew we only wanted  Dustin with Beach Cities Management to manage our first investment and it has been nothing short but an amazing journey.  The only thing that me and my husband regret is that we didn't meet Dustin sooner to become investors earlier on.  But we will continue to invest more and we now know that we can put our trust and wealth building in the hands of Dustin Edwards and his team at Beach Cities Management!

Jim Tripodes - Coldwell Banker Review

My wife and I just purchased our dream home with Jimmy Tripodes as our real estate agent.  Jimmy was a dream to work with!  He made the process of buying a home a pleasurable, instead of a scary, one for us as first time home buyers.  Unlike other agents with whom we have worked in the past, Jimmy has an approach to finding you your dream home.  He sits you down and explains the entire process of buying a home from the initial pre-approval letter to presenting you with the keys.

It is only then that you embark upon the process of finding your dream home.  He helps you to design the perfect offer, one that will be taken seriously and sets you aside as individuals to the seller.  He guides you through the entire process, answers every phone call and email promptly, and holds your hand at each step of the way.  Jimmy even came to facilitate our signing of the final escrow documents!  His meticulous attention to detail meant that I didn't have to second guess every piece of paper that we were asked to sign and that I could trust the financing and escrow agents with whom we were working.  I appreciate how much work he put into helping us find our new home and for always staying one step ahead of the deal.  My wife and I can't wait to see him at our housewarming party!!

Renting From Heights Properties

I am currently renting from Heights Properties and feel that they've done a great job managing our apartment. Kelli is always trying to make sure we are happy and comfortable. They aren't overbearing and are quick to respond when needed. We haven't had any major issues with our apartment and the minor ones are taken care of in a timely manor. I'd love if their handymen were readily available after hours as my roommate and I both work 7-5 jobs but completely understand that on short notice its not that easy to accommodate our schedules. We love our apartment and hope to continue to rent from HP for quite sometime.

Progressive Property Group Review

My roommate and I just rented an apartment through Joe Gillach at Progressive last week, and it was by far the best experience I have had with a rental agent. The process was quick and efficient - from arranging the initial showing to the application process. Within 12 hours of submitting our applications, we were approved by both Progressive and the owner for move-in, and by using the digital leasing system that they provided, my roommate who was traveling internationally could even sign the lease to finalize our apartment. Even after signing the lease, Joe continued to help us access the apartment for measurements and connect us with the owner. I would highly recommend Joe and Progressive for anyone looking to rent. Not only was he efficient but he was also friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Doorman Property Management Review

Doorman Property Management recently re-did my entire back stairway. I always knew it wasn't in the best condition--then an official inspection determined it was about to collapse.. literally. Doorman came and transformed my backyard in what feels like no time at all. They saved my life before I even realized I was in danger!

Founders Nick and Barrett are genuine professionals who are committed to quality service. Along with their employees, who have proven to be knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance, a personal assistant, dog walker, house sitter, etc. The array of services they offer is unbelievable. Seriously. If you wanted someone to brush your teeth for you every morning, they would make it happen.

Advent Properties, Inc. Review

I just wanted to throw a review down for the maintenance guy at one of their properties. I got locked out of my apartment, and to my luck, the maintenance guy was walking around outside doing repairs, which by the way is awesome. Anyways, I asked if he had the keys to the apartment, but he didn't. He did offer to go drive all the way to oakland to get them. He went above and beyond his job to help me in need, and I am ridiculously appreciative of it, because it was the first day of school, and I would have missed it if he hadn't went there immediately and got me into my apartment. Great guy, which means great service. 5 stars for the service.

Wahl & Company Review

Wahl & Co are a property management firm in SF. They are attentive to issues of owners and tenants, which is a tough balance to find. They assist in HOA management and have a convenient phone line to contact representatives. As Vendor who deals with many property managers I have only highremarks for Thom Chinn at Wahl & Company. He is direct, very detailed,returns calls very fast and always has the best interests of the propertieshe manages at heart. When we are doing work on his properties he is on site checking and inspecting the work we are doing. I wish all the propertymanagers I deal with were half as good
