Renting From Heights Properties

I am currently renting from Heights Properties and feel that they've done a great job managing our apartment. Kelli is always trying to make sure we are happy and comfortable. They aren't overbearing and are quick to respond when needed. We haven't had any major issues with our apartment and the minor ones are taken care of in a timely manor. I'd love if their handymen were readily available after hours as my roommate and I both work 7-5 jobs but completely understand that on short notice its not that easy to accommodate our schedules. We love our apartment and hope to continue to rent from HP for quite sometime.

Progressive Property Group Review

My roommate and I just rented an apartment through Joe Gillach at Progressive last week, and it was by far the best experience I have had with a rental agent. The process was quick and efficient - from arranging the initial showing to the application process. Within 12 hours of submitting our applications, we were approved by both Progressive and the owner for move-in, and by using the digital leasing system that they provided, my roommate who was traveling internationally could even sign the lease to finalize our apartment. Even after signing the lease, Joe continued to help us access the apartment for measurements and connect us with the owner. I would highly recommend Joe and Progressive for anyone looking to rent. Not only was he efficient but he was also friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Doorman Property Management Review

Doorman Property Management recently re-did my entire back stairway. I always knew it wasn't in the best condition--then an official inspection determined it was about to collapse.. literally. Doorman came and transformed my backyard in what feels like no time at all. They saved my life before I even realized I was in danger!

Founders Nick and Barrett are genuine professionals who are committed to quality service. Along with their employees, who have proven to be knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance, a personal assistant, dog walker, house sitter, etc. The array of services they offer is unbelievable. Seriously. If you wanted someone to brush your teeth for you every morning, they would make it happen.

Advent Properties, Inc. Review

I just wanted to throw a review down for the maintenance guy at one of their properties. I got locked out of my apartment, and to my luck, the maintenance guy was walking around outside doing repairs, which by the way is awesome. Anyways, I asked if he had the keys to the apartment, but he didn't. He did offer to go drive all the way to oakland to get them. He went above and beyond his job to help me in need, and I am ridiculously appreciative of it, because it was the first day of school, and I would have missed it if he hadn't went there immediately and got me into my apartment. Great guy, which means great service. 5 stars for the service.

Wahl & Company Review

Wahl & Co are a property management firm in SF. They are attentive to issues of owners and tenants, which is a tough balance to find. They assist in HOA management and have a convenient phone line to contact representatives. As Vendor who deals with many property managers I have only highremarks for Thom Chinn at Wahl & Company. He is direct, very detailed,returns calls very fast and always has the best interests of the propertieshe manages at heart. When we are doing work on his properties he is on site checking and inspecting the work we are doing. I wish all the propertymanagers I deal with were half as good
